Abstract: | West African countries need to adopt fiscal and financial incentive on renewable energy material mainly on solar energy (Photo Voltaic) to reduce their GHGs (Green House Gases) emission. Incentives will attract privatefinance while expanding energy access and keeping energy affordable for consumers and industry with zeros carbon emission level. |
